All three of those cards were just stunning so fun to watch your videos. I had to laugh when you said something about the light at the end of the tunnel, I used to say that all the time and my husband would say let’s just hope it’s not a freight train coming. I miss that man so much he passed away.

I love the idea, but I think I will elevate the smaller shapes on foam and apply over the larger shape to make those shapes float as well.
Another great way to us possibly scraps of paper, I have in my head using different off cuts mainly plain colours stick them to the double sided adhesive then stamping an image on them before using shaped dies to cut into it, a bit of a mix of all the recent ones put together, endless opportunities..........thank you for giving us so much inspiration and my latest delivery, I need to clear my schedule to get some serious crafting done.

Hi Ann, you never cease to amaze me with the ideas you come up with! Trouble is, I keep seeing your dies and NEED them 😘 One thing I have discovered with the double sided sticky tape, is to use a fine pin and slide it between the backing paper and the patterned paper/die cut and lift it off. That way seems so much easier! TFS Hazel xx

Great technique and beautiful cards! I don't have shiny-paper or card... yah, I know. But I can use a different paper... maybe glitter. I do like that shine through from the back, though.
Anyway... to keep the distance between your strips even, you could use a little square dowel and just lie it between as you lay the next piece down. You can usually find them at hobby shops or sometimes at building supply places. You could use a round dowel if you don't have square, but square might stay straight better. I play with wood as well as paper, so have a few of them lying around.

Hi Ann another assortment of great ideas for some gorgeous cards been really enjoying all of these new cards that you have been showing us. I was thinking what if you numbered the back of each card as you remove it from the die then it doesn't matter if you mix up the cut outs. Just an idea. Thanks again Ann. Take care see you soon xxx

Cut and clue couple pieces of cards stock in the width you want for your gaps, then use that between your decorative paper strips as you lay the strips down to get concise positioning. Lovely cards, thanks for sharing.
