I would try to salvage the „masking card“ by using a circle die to cut out the beautiful ink blended, splattered and stamped scene that you put all the work into! Great ideas for lovely quick cards, thank you for the inspiration, Anne. Kind regards from Germany, Nicola
Seen your channel for the first time. I like your simple card ideas and the way you demo them. I think it is good that you do an insert for each card as well. 😊
Lovely cards. I’ve had the same experience with masking paper. So I now I just use a stencil made on acrylic sheet. I’ve also had luck using AVERY REPOSITIONAL label, full sheet and cut the mask from that paper…keyword is repositional. Thank you for sharing
Hi Anne, I LOVE LOVE your youtube you are a fantastic creator of things that are good you inspire all of us and I thinnk your work is terrific you have a terrific creating attitude and I thank you for sharing it with us all many many thanks xxx Debbie xxx 🙌🙌🙌✨✨✨
Wow is right! That is an amazing group of beautiful cards! Please don’t let that one card disappoint you! That wasn’t your fault and actually we couldn’t see the paper tears. I love the idea of that one as well as the others too! You are just so creative!! Thank you so very much!! 💕
Love watching your videos. I'm not a big snow flake person as we hardly ever have snow around Christmas. I have worn shorts and pick tomatoes out of our garden on Christmas day! Your different technics are wonderful. Thanks.
How I wish I could spatter paint like you to make it look like snow! I feel about that exercise is the same way you feel about the alcohol pen paints! With the same paintbrush that you're using and putting a few drops of water in -- it looks like a Kindergarten art class when I get done! (And, it's all over everything in my workspace --- LOL!
It’s so annoying when it goes wrong, but it’s also good to see that even the professional artists like you get it wrong sometimes. And it’s always good to see how things are fixed too. These are all gorgeous x
Love them all, very inspiring, will be looking through my past magazines with stamps to see what I can come up with. The masking tape one I would die cut the circle out and make into a bauble on another card front. Thanks for your inspiration 💕
Hi, Your channel is new to me and I love visiting here today. Thanks for your inspiration. While simple all were very lovely to use for the holiday season. Thank you for inspiring us and sharing your creativity. I will visit again because I enjoyed your delivery style and thei content. From Canada 🇨🇦, Jo
All beautiful..... Simple, elegant and effective, will definitely be using your ideas this Christmas, thank you for sharing your ideas with us Ann, happy crafting xx
I love the way you showed how to make 10 different cards rather than 10 of the same card. All your ideas were pretty. My favorite was the one with the cut out “C”. The shades of blue were lovely. BTW-the card you said was ruined…. I can’t see what is ruined. It looks beautiful!
Some lovely simple but very pretty cards. I love the mix of die/stamp sentiments. I have some Hunkydory masking sheets. I only use for masking small sections but it has never failed me. If I was doing the technique you did I'd just use a piece of paper with a cut out shape. 🤩
I just love your videos. These cards are so simple, and so cute. I'm just starting with card-making, and I can see that I will be using a lot of your videos. Already have. Hubby watched this one with me. He's just as interested as I am. lol.
WOW indeed!! Absolutely love 💕💕💕 every single card! As always, thank you very much for sharing your creativity. I'm grateful for you and your talent. Cheers! 😊💕
Beautiful cards and lovely ideas ! As for masking paper version called 'Mask It' works perfectly, the one you have looks like a cheaper version and far too adhesive
Absolutely gorgeous cards. Instead of using card inside a card I like to use printer paper. Gives it a professional feel I think. Lol. Cut the paper to the same size as the card. Fold in half and add a little double sided tape. You must gently place inside card then close the card, this positions it so the tape won't tear when opened.
Ann, I felt for you when that masking tore up your card. If I put a lot of work into some for something to go wrong. I want you to know all your cards are very beautiful! I love watching your techniques. I like my cards clean and beautiful so I'm learning new ways from you!!! Thank you for these 10 cards, I watch as many of your videos as I can. HUGS ❤❤❤😊
Beautiful cards! Maybe to save the one that got ruined you could cut a circle out of another card front, put it up on foam tape, and have your blue with the trees peeking out of the front, then put the sentiment on the popped up card.
Try to lessen the tackiness by putting the masking paper on your arm or lint free clothing before placing on your cardstock. That was such a beautiful card.
Have loved your cards and will give them a go for this Christmas
Loved the circle with the stars and trees, all were lovely but that one is stunning.

Lovely cards. I’ve had the same experience with masking paper. So I now I just use a stencil made on acrylic sheet. I’ve also had luck using AVERY REPOSITIONAL label, full sheet and cut the mask from that paper…keyword is repositional. Thank you for sharing
I think Sasha Reade says there are no mistakes, just Opportunities for Embellishment. Loved all of these!
I think the snowflake with the blue behind it could also work for Valentine's Day with red behind it since the snowflake has hearts on it. 💕
