Sir, I am Rahul from Chandigarh. My father has Multiple myeloma stage 3A. Age is 74 with Bp, Diabetes and stunts in heart in 2019. His doctor is giving darzalex inj 800mg every week. Doctor is not giving BLD regime because father got chest infection after second chemotherapy of BLD plus Darzalex. So he decided to stop all other treatments. Only Darzalex 800mg is going on. Today, first cycle of Darzalex will be completed. I am not sure whether we are getting right treatment or not. Please guide me.
How is your father now. Darzalex(Daratumumab) is a latest treatment i think gave with VRD(velcade, revelmid, dexamethasone) atleat i get this. then i think Bone Marrow Transplant(Autologous Stem Cell Transplant) suggested. Tecyavli(Teclistamab) or CAR - T cell is new thing in this disease.
@@RahulPal-mz4oj treatment is going on. It's very lengthy treatment. Getting weak now but still motivated. DARZALEX 1000mg 16 dossage done + Carfizomib inj 3rd cycle completed and On and off Thailodimide 100mg.

@@shubhamsoni9802 he is still getting cyeomo. But his myloma is not getting under control.
