Cute! I have a question, now that you live in Belize do you still celebrate days like Thanksgiving, or do you celebrate Belize Labor Day, which is in May or American Labor Day in September? Just curious.

Honestly we "Celebrate" Christmas and Birthdays now, every other day is a different way of celebrating. In the states people work so much, days like Thanksgiving and Easter is more for being able to get friends and family together, since pretty much everyone get's the days off and normally too busy with work and life and all the other holidays are days to BBQ and /or go to the beach and relax. Here we don't need a holiday for that. :))

Are there any predators in Belize. My chicken flock has been wiped out by cayotes in the PNW.

@@jonweber98 yes, foxes and skunks are the main ones, we have seen a jaguar near before but it has never gone after our birds. We learned this year that Turkeys are great at guarding the chickens and they will fight with everything they have and are really great guards on the farm...
