      I know I'm late to the party but those braids look good on you sis 😍. I'm also sticking to 2 haircare brands at a time, one for moisture and one for protein. I agree with the majority of people who chose NLS and Miche. I was surprised you didn't mention this brand on your list but if you want to incorporate ayurvedic products with more healthier ingredients, I would think about adding Neges Banda on to your list. They have everything and when I say everything scrolling on their website takes a minute 😜. Just a suggestion 😁

    Okay so, people may come for me for recommending Miele, BUT hear me out! When I first started my natural hair journey that was the only product line that I used. The shampoo, conditioner, deep conditioner the custard the gel etc. I fell in love with it instantly because all the products work together and do what They say they're supposed to do. I felt like they understood the assignment and worked really well with my hair. So, I would recommend trying that line out again and especially their new curling gel which is BOMB. Every time I go back and use their products I always ask myself why in the world did you ever stop using them. But because of the whole debacle, I put them aside. As far as Shea Moisture, I feel as if they are a tried and true. The coconut and hibiscus line even though it's old school still works for me and The Manuka and honey line is BAE. That twisting cream is everything. I don't believe they make it anymore but about a year ago when I found out, I ran to Marshalls and TJ Maxx and bought them all up so I would always have some... I had it bad, lmao 😅 I also stay in 10 toes down for the same moisture original line, it got my curls together and again whenever I revisit their products, and I mean all of their products my hair responds beautifully!!!!!! So those are my suggestions I'm so glad that you're getting back on track with your hair and by the way your teeth are so pretty girl, those pearly whites!!!! Okay bye!
    Oh and Shea Moisture also has two brand new gels, well there are a couple years old but somewhat brand new to me. I've tried the one in the peach container and I tried the hard hold. I I love the peach one, the hard gel was a bit too much for my fine strands.
    K, bye! 😊

      Thanks for this girl!!!!! I definitely understand where you’re coming from with Mielle! Their items sound amazing though. That new gel they have is so interesting to me!!! Girl you’re the reason I can’t find the Shea Moisture twisting cream lol 😂. And thank you on the compliment on my teeth! I’ve been developing a teeth routine lol. Getting older and I’m like lawd let’s not loose teeth now 🤣

    Miche has full wash day and styling products. The Quenched Hydrating Twisting Butter is such a great moisturizing styler. Pairs perfectly with the Set Mousse. Between the Indulge and Strengthen deep conditioners, you’ve got the perfect moisture-protein balance.
    Donna’s recipe shampoo and conditioner are great. No gel at this time, but the cream and leave in pair so well under lots of gels, like the Tropical Oasis gel from Miche.
    For dry hair, especially if you’re hi-porosity the Curl Love hair milk from Camille Rose will have your hair moisturized for dayyysssss. Also pairs really well with other gels and foams/mousses.

    • @EishaTaylore
      @EishaTaylore  6 месяцев назад +2

      Thank you!! I haven’t tried a leave in under the Miche gel in fear it will flake but I’ll try it! And funny you say porosity. I don’t think I’m 100% high porosity since it’s the damage is just the front. But I should explore that!

      @EishaTaylore  5 месяцев назад

      Hi! Not sure of your hair porosity or density but I personally deep condition every time I wash my hair which is once a week or every 10 days. Hot oil treatments are maybe once or twice a month and some for protein treatments if needed. Listen to your hair to see what it needs.

    I live pretty lean on my product stash. I use Nexxus shampoo and conditioner. Design Essentials Rosemary Mint Deep Conditioner 1x/month. Then I rotate between NLS Irish Moss Styling Cream and Okra Gel, or Taliah Waajid Curly Curl Cream or Curl Definer. My fav right now is The Mane Choice Pearly Braid Out Glaze. Oh. I love thé Shea Moisture Manuka Honey line that would be my first suggestion.
    My second suggestion if you want to try something completely new, I would say the African Pride Moisture Miracle line. It is my favorite. It does the job and is very inexpensive. I love all of their products. I have locs, 4a-z, thick coarse strands, and high density. My son is mixed 3c, medium strands, very high density, and his hair is waist length stretched, and we can both use the products.
