Yeah it pretty much sounds and performs the same as the stock intake with a K&N filter.
My 2nd gen is 7 second on the dot and has 260k on it.

The TRD intake is not a really cold air intake. Get an S&B cold air intake or Venomaire intake and you will see a difference for sure, trust me.

You didn't watch the whole video. The first run and second run are almost identical.
Wow its almost a tad bit slower than my 1.5l project CIVIC. My accord 6-6 wouldn't even be worth lining up with this xD
Wow I didn’t realize how much slower the Tacoma is compared to the frontier. my 2014 frontier wants to burn rubber from a dead stop.
My truck has added weight from trail armor and bigger tires. Not really set up for speed.
My Ram would smoke both your trucks combined.

Cold Air intake is a useless thing to install unless you gonna boost it.
My 4.0 V6 could do 0-60 in less than 7 seconds
Speedy! Yeah the 4L in my 4Runner definitely feels faster.
Yup same here. My 2006 did 6.8 with a tune on the trans. 4.0 is the best tacoma engine for sure. It’s just an overall fun truck.
