He’s bang on about New Yorkers being funny…..certainly different. On one trip years ago I saw Mr. Spoons on Park Avenue; a guy in a rabbit suit playing the spoons. Ok, then at a crosswalk, I watched an old man with a cane slowly shuffling across when the light changed. He was mid way across and cars/drivers just laid on the horn at him. He stopped in front of a Yellow Cab who was honking; whacked the hood of the car with his cane and continued his shuffle across the street. And entering the underground parking at old Yankee Stadium; the attendant dancing to rap his music on the largest boom box I have ever seen. I turned to my friend and said “Welcome to New York”. It was fabulous……and memorable! I just gotta go back one day.

Bari, thank you for realizing who you are and what your potential is. You are a gift to the world.
Incredible interview. I survived University and young adulthood watching Jerry on Seinfeld 😂❤🫶🏻🫂 and stand with Israel 🇮🇱✌🏻🇨🇦♥️
Terrific interview. Like a breath of fresh air, no BS or pretentiousness.
I got to be honest, Jerrys wisdom has been somewhat profound for me recently & he's still funny...well done sir
I love that when the camera pans out, you see Jerry's jeans and sneakers. Adorkable and authentic.
Whoa... Did Jerry actually show a real emotion? This is a fantastic interview
That was an absolutely magnificent interview. Very skilled. Really gave space for Jerry to be himself, without any judgment. Perfect.
Two of my favorite people in the world. I have always dreamt of bumping into Jerry Seinfeld in Manhattan and saying “Thank you for the joy you bring to me and millions more. We are forever indebted to you” . My dream will remain just that; a dream. Now that I made Aliya, the chances have decreased significantly. Bari, thank you for realizing who you are and what your potential is. You are a gift to the world. How sad would it have been if you had “hid yourself” by choosing a career that would lead you to anonymity. I could listen to you for hours and hours. What a pleasure.
I used to live in Los Angeles, and bumped into stars all the time. Some are nice, some are putzes. But, Henry Winkler is the nicest man to walk the earth. I ran into him several times, and he was always gracious and kind. I belonged to the same shul, when he brought his little daughter in, for her naming. I've never seen anyone so happy and proud. Seinfeld gives off a similar vibe, warmth and humor. And, unless you're in the periphery, you might run into him someday, בארץ.
❤from Texas. We are praying for you❤
I almost never give comments, but I honestly did love and was touched by this interview.
He cried. Never in my lifetime would I believe he’d allow himself such public vulnerability. I cried.
I was completely captivated by this thoughtful, genuine & very moving interview!
Love this conversation ❤
This is the best interview someone ever made with Jerry Seinfeld. Thank you Bari Weiss for presenting us a side of Seinfeld that we never saw before.
Jerry was on a media blitz, but this interview, hands down, was the best one yet. Ever, really.
Such a brilliant interview. Jerry at his articulate best
I can't believe how accurate he is about "place." He's definitely one of my kindred souls. Also: Bari is such a gift to all of us.
Jerry is under rated one of the greats. He always has great material on tv, not always in person. I saw him in Tahoe it seemed he was trying out new material that wasn't working so he asked the crowd whats your favorite bit of mine. "Whats with Coca Cola machines"
I always enjoy Jerry’s insight and perspective. Thanks for the memories also.
Not only an awsome comedian but also a deep personality. The interviewer is very talented as well
This was a fantastic interview. Bari is so talented, and that part seeing Jerry get emotional shows the depth of both of their talent and insight. As a new, I’m proud to have both of them in my corner
05/28/24: As a "new" what? Are you a Gnau?

Time and time again Barri is the best interviewer and one of the best interviews in the business
this was beautiful. people who hate this gentle soul are fools. I could listen to him speak all day.
The best interview!
‘The clientele’ of New York is a great way to describe what is special about this city.
What a total pleasure, both of you. Thank you!
I just watched two of my favorite people do one of what turned out to be one of my favorite ever interviews ever. Thank you, Bari and Jerry.
If you can actually get Jerry Seinfeld to tear up, you've done an amazing interview. That was a powerful moment.
I couldn’t believe it 🤯
One can not grasp the amount of pain the Jewish community is in since Oct 7. The grief and shock is tormenting our very core . No wonder even Jerry cried . The pain is insurmountable.
@@MichelleG405 Who could ever have imagined that "never again" would be forgotten in so brief a time? There are still people alive today who were victims of the first Holocaust, and now we have campuses full of "students" who have the same attitude as those who perpetrated it. And they think nothing of it. God help us.
@@MichelleG405 Yes, every Jew has cried, and talking to her he knew she knew that pain.
@@MichelleG405now imagine how the families of the tens of thousands of palestinians killed by the IDF in Gaza must feel. Also, the families of the israeli hostages want a permanent ceasefire in exchange for the hostages. Their government doesnt. Stop using the hostages as props to push for more blood bath
Damn this was so good. Thanks Bari, this spoke directly to a few things I've had on my mind as of late.
Wow that was amazing, thank you both! 🥹😂💜
Thank you both for being.
What a fantastic interview with a favorite comedian of mine. I laughed and was deeply moved as well. Shalom.
