Back in the 80's, the vintage Snake Mountain was the best with the microphone. But now, Origins wins by a landslide for me! ha ha Just so many more features, and places to put characters, and build a better scene on the outside and inside. The foot pegs really help. My one complaint about the Origins Snake Mountain is, I wish they would have made the stairway up the mountain deeper, so there is more room for the male characters to position in different directions. I think that with the better articulation with the Origins and Filmation characters, the stairway could have been deeper outward for more space.

My favorite snakemountain is still the mega construx one, it's so big compared to the figures. The figures can walk through the secret entrance.
The second one is the clasics one, but only because it scales so well with the origins line, size wise (i hate the clasics figures with a passion) XD
Third would the origins one, after replacing the labels with the toyhax decals, the default decals aren't prety, just look at the computer/battery pack one. Skeletor doesn't sit well in his chair.
Be carefull with the pegs in the slime section, they tend to break after a whille, getting stuck in the top of your figure.
You can buy a cheap&small bluetooth speaker, attatch it to the origins one and use a voice changer app on your phone.

One thing I wish they did to make Origins SM better was if they did the gate open from the opposite side as before. They just can’t open the gate without falling off lol 😂
