Year 5 and still using steel tools and still doing the artifacts. Have you been to the skull cavern mines in the desert. You can collect thousands or iridium there. This is the first video I have seen of yours but I can assume you haven't seen a lot of the other content the game offers. Have you unlocked ginger island.
@terryfrome1641 like I said, I went into this game at my own pace, not seeking walk through from anyone.... Yes, I knew about skull cave, but I had better time spent in my own activities. I had my own priorities that contradict wanting to grind the game like a robot. I just play to relax and enjoy. I'm not one to play a game like this mechanically, to look like everyone else's farm land.
@laras3027 because I like the way it looks. And it was my original way of keeping animals out. I like my farm animals to graze free, but not through my crops.
@laras3027 no, I just find them getting in the way obnoxious lol. I don't play with a lot of experience, but I mostly play without walk through or tips. I do know all you need is a scarecrow for wild birds etc. But I just feel more organized this way. Downside is maybe I'm preventing characters events?
@@DwarvenMechCommando81 Ah. great. I like the free range option, because I dont like the opening and closing the gate all the time, but I am sure I will be annoyed when they get in my way. lol. I think I will focus more on the aesthetics later on, when I earn more money. Just got the greenhouse (year 2), so still pretty new to the game. I love your farm!
@laras3027 yeah take your time and have fun. I don't like stressing in this game myself, be because that's most of my other games. I just have been slacking on Skull cave and other areas, which can be very rewarding

Im not sure I missed it, if your said it, but why do you have fenced in and gates to your crops?

@@DwarvenMechCommando81 So the animals arent destroying the crops? I was wonder if I was gonna have them fenced in or not.
