Police standoff ends in murder charge, shocks quiet North Charleston neighborhood

NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) - North Charleston Police (NCPD) arrested a man Wednesday after an hours-long standoff in the Glyn Terrace neighborhood.
20-year-old Kristian Jaheem Bryant has been charged with murder in connection to a deadly shooting on Stall Road in April.
