Double homicide in downtown Charleston reignites calls to end gun violence

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) - Two people were shot and killed on Johnson Street Tuesday night, nearly two years after 10 people were shot and killed in the same area during a Memorial Day block party.
Community activist Elvin Speights says enough is enough.
