Perfect advice on the consistency of the batter ( neither too liquid nor thick ) . The only ingredient we don’t add ENO nor baking soda but the final outcome is soft and fluffy . Time to prepare the perfect Chitney which will go well with the Rava Idli . Aunty’s chutney preparation is awesome 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 The ingredients and process is impeccable 😊. Post the time period the lid off the steamer is off and allow the Idlis to rest . Now time for final tempering .
