Really great tutorial , especially liked that you moved to the white table to show us the small details better. I followed all the steps and it worked phenomenally for me. Best advice on tinkering with my car was when you said referring to the clips - you said “don’t force anything”. the inclination when they get stuck is always to apply more force. So Take home message for anyone reading this, whether it’s BMW trim clips, relationships or anything in life, don’t force it, re-valuate and if necessary try again.
My 328i 2009 i just got a repair left the show didn’t look at my light switch till the next day it was loose and not snapping . got to work and it was raining very hard couldn’t see light my high beams wasn’t working or but my other light was. Made it to work shut off car ligh wouldn’t go out. My battery died in the rain had to get jump so for the next few days was trying to figure was it my switch that was making the light stay on or lcm or footwell module. So I had to keep my positive thermal out to turn light off when wanted off and out back on when I wanted to go drive. Today I went to junk yard got a new switch install that bad boy and problems fix. Hope this helps anyone who having the problem that the light stay on even when car is shut off .
Yes it is. And I use it multiple times a day. I have aftermarket halos that only come on manually if I put it in position one. So I frequently put it on that position since you can't really see my halos well when the headlights are also on. And position one turns then on but leaves my headlights off.
@@Nuke21 Thanks bro, I will try on my e82. Also my seat adjustment switch failed and I'm suspecting should be something like this as well. I will film it when I tear it open and send the link here
Sounds like something internally might have fried and blew a fuze that all of that is on. Only a schematic would be able to see if they are all linked with the same power. That is all I can think of.

Perfect! Had exact same issue, used small rubber seals to put around the button back and glue it in place. Works perfect. Thanks for the tutorial

You must be an angel sent from heaven! I ll try and make a custom internal 3d part instead of glue

Peki yapıstırdık sökerken nasıl sökeceğiz dostum ?
Sorunuzu anlayamadım. Videoda nasıl söküleceği ve nasıl tekrar bir araya getirileceği gösteriliyor.
Is it still holding?
