My Father is a face crew service man in ECL, and we are living in ECL quarter, we don't have to pay electricity bill, water bill, only 1 to 2 people die in mine ( among 5000 workers) , you are given mask and earbuds for protection, But if you got job through mining engineering ( my father is a labour basically/ salary- 50k per month) you don't have to go in the mine properly, and if you get promotion you can be overman, manager, Saheb etc and they don't have to go to mine and your salary will be 1.5 lac per month 🌚
