I don't think him being in Persona is the reason people like him. Persona just gave him exposure. I wouldn't have heard of him if I hadn't played Persona.

bought this CD from LJ himself at Taiyou Con last year when he and the gang did the first American concert! Pretty awesome that even outside of Persona they're all friends and work together.

For one of the verses Yumi is singing I believe she's singing "te wo tsunaide" as in "let's join hands", instead of "dewa sonnaide".
