My advice to you (and myself) is to just focus on you and your mental health, make yourself the best version of you that you can be. Don't be afraid to grief though, that's part of moving on.

I have girls that love me and after I started avoiding them they still always got their hopes up if had to contact them, so now I don’t contact them any more and leave their messages, if they ever send any, unanswered. On the other hand I had a gf who loved me and now she doesn’t talk to me because I took ages to decide I didn’t love her, then thought I hadn’t opened up enough to her but it was too late. I’m sorry about that still. So maybe she still loves me but will just never ever show me. For years I was very unhappy at my failure to open up but because of what happened recently I don’t mind. this video came out so beautifully. I know some can see it as just some stupid video edit and look down upon it, but I think being able to put together bits and pieces of something to make something beautiful is such a lovely show of creativity and emotion.
