Belle is former SM trainee, she is a composer of lesserafim (unforgiven), miyeon i-dle (charging), Kid milli (Kitty) and purple kiss (find you) under S2 sub agency (AURA entertainment). Daughter of Shim Shin (0 gen idol). So she isn't SM producer, she just former SM trainee.
I love that the members are a lot older than the average rookie groups that debut. I have no doubt they’ll blow up this year too! Such an addicting sound
I'm excited for this group. Their company despite very new has very experience people behind them. The company founder is former JYP president and former CUBE co-founder/chairman.
It's really such a fresh air cuz I can't think about any other group with this same vibe. It's so boldsy cuz the label didn't try to GLAMORIZED them. It's so Raw & Real. Raw talent and real music and artistry. Also, how they are portrayed is so approachable as if these girls can be someone in your neighborhood. As a small Label, this is a smarter move than trying to compete with BIG4 in their own game.
First of all, MY GURL NATTY❤ Second, They ATE. Song itslef, music wise, gives me a vibe that is like a blend of NJ's Attention , TripleS's Rising and NMIXX's Love Me Like This which are all absolute bops. This is the way to debut. Best debut in the past few years.
Glad we are all on the same page, this group is just too talented not to stan, and they are just getting started! One other fun fact about this group is that their creative director up to this point is Lee Haein who, like Natty, was also a contestant that didn't make the cut on the survival show Idol School that formed fromis_9. Always love an underdog story.
Haneuls name is more pronouced as HaH-Nuhl. Yall had me real confused.i though yall was saying Danielle 😂 . Sometimes it's hard to pronounce the EU sound for non Koreans so I'm trying to compromise on how to say it easier.
I was wondering when you guys would react to this, its been some time. They are a good group they may not be as big as last years debut, Newjeans, but I think eventually with some time people will know kiss of life. They already have almost 12 million on this video. 11 million in one week, but the views slowed down since. I hope they Get some Attention. I think they have the potential to be the next Aespa. I actually think they may already be more talented than Aespa.
Julie apparently said it as a lyric in a rap she was performing during an evaluation at Sm, which was publicised at the time and re-discovered. Someone took a scene from a live performance and put a weird voiceover saying "Julie apologize for saying the 'n' word" and apparently people thought that happened during the performance. Its not up to me to say if thats right or wrong, but thats the context near as I can find it. TBH I watched the clip where she sang it twice and couldnt hear it, but others could so I assume them to be correct.
She was rapping a part from a song, and apparently apologized for it. Some said it wasn't even audible, but I'm not sure myself. I don't think it's a reason to hate her tho, just my opinion
We got a jyp trainee a hybe trainee a yg trainee and former sm producer these girls came prepared
Whos the hybe trainee?

Definitely my favorite new group in 2023. Phenomenal Debut, and i hope the girls make it big!
I've been saying this for a while. But small companies are producing quality music. KoL is hitting this debut.
They came so STRONG despite from a Small company, they give Big3 + Hybe vibes too

I'm with your group man, we must be cautious whose who we are to support. The other labels may use the way our group are communicating to us.
Got to agree Lifers seems a great fan name.
each one of them come from JYP, YG, SM and HYBE
They ate up
Fandom name idea: Lifers...?

Pronunciation of HaNeul is "Huh-null", not "Heh-niel/Huh-niel"
Technically Huh-nur but slightly different. The Korean L or R is just a different tongue placement to anything in English.
I request Cake by KARD next
Natty 5th gen IT girl already, like?
