I would either order it from Amazon German for less than 20 Euro, or order it from an online bike store for half the price. www.amazon.de/gp/aw/d/B00FHVY7OM/ref=ox_sc_saved_image_9?smid=A1RY4K2QVU91ZN&psc=1
Hi Jeremy. 15 minutes should be enough. It should stop dripping as an indication that it’s ready for the next step. The locktite is only for the small screw at the top. I sometime use RSP Creak Freak Assembly Paste to make sure that the components don’t stick together . If you decide to use it as well , than make sure it will not end up inside the fork internal , because than you will contaminate the fork.
Hi Lorenzo. The pressure depends on your weight and preference. Some prefer stiffer while others more on the soft side. I advise that you write down the current pressure before starting with the service.
Matteo Pinzauti According to the website that I usually buy the service kit, it seems to be the same process. But please double check . r2-bike.com/RSP-RSP-Cannondale-Lefty-Service-Kit_1
That’s a good question. It’s interesting to compare the service interval between various manufactures and models. For the Lefty it also feels to me as way to often . This is why many riders ignore this and hardy do any service. I know some that do a service every 2-3 years and everything works fine. On the other hand, how many suspensions are built for a periodic service that costs 8$ and can be done without special tools?
Because it ensures top quality performance no matter if you use the bike just for going to bakery or spend the nights doing long trails and entire day trails on weekends.....if you get in mind that the only thing that prevents the expensive needle bearings from dead it's that sticky oil for 100hrs of intensive use then get why these maintenance intervals are necessary in order to preserve the integrity of the suspension/bike in the past ppl though Marzocchi forks were lubed for life due to its open bath system but many died once the seals failed and water/dirt got inside....ppl rode the bike like that for months to discover the damage was Irreversible and their 800$ fork was trash or a cool paperweight
Works great just as it should
I'll like to buy a crank set for it but don't know the size to buy
I have this fork, but with XLR remote. Can I take the the remote off without having to bleed it?
With shipping this kit costs $50 in the USA. So heads up.
Can you provide us the link?

@@YoramPomer thank
Is this also for pre 2013 Lefty’s? Like DLR ‘11.
Probably the same concept, but not sure that it’s exactly the same.
DLR SL ,DLR 2 - i have this one - can I use same method and kit ?
@@gregcollagen no you shouldn`t with the bearings 'outside' the fork. Cleaning fluid will not work and the lube is to thin.
@@nelsonfloor7772 thank you 🙏
What size is that huge nut that you have a torque wrench on?
36mm
Do you know the screw size for the blue cap on the PBR?
You mean the hexagon size 2 ?

Matteo Pinzauti According to the website that I usually buy the service kit, it seems to be the same process. But please double check . r2-bike.com/RSP-RSP-Cannondale-Lefty-Service-Kit_1

kleber cdias No, it’s Lefty 2.0. The main difference is the lubrications kit. www.cannondale-parts.de/KIT-Service-Lefty-Hybrid-Clean/Lube/en

Why on earth would you want a bike you have to service every 100 hours?
