In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. I am so happy to see him being able to give public speeches and being comfortable giving talks.

Ricky is my hero. He not only found higher enlightenment but was able to breach across to the NFL world and be constant dominant force through out the years he played. Finding yourself and real purpose in life is a the ultimate and the fact Ricky is very unselfish and is willing to give it to others. Too bad he didn't play for the Cowboys. I have a Walker jersey but would of definitely bought a Ricky jersey.

Please don't discredit his accomplishments on the football field by throwing out ignorant hate on his career just to attempt to sound as if you have any clue about the sport or athlete that you are speaking of. Ricky Williams had a incredibly long career in the most physically demanding position in all of sports! He was probably in the top 5 best natural athlete's to ever play the game of football ever. He was all natural meaning never lifted weights and the results of his yoga routine and holistic healing approach turned him from overused burnt out has been to durable elite level consistency for a much longer than the median length of careers for RBs in the most violent sport sport there is.
