As someone who works in a fine dining restaurant I will say that those portions should be reduced by 75% to allow for increased enjoyment, at this size 6-7 courses would have been plenty and sensible given the lack of variety on the menu. How many stuffed vegetables can one really eat?!

More so than the great food and the cultural tidbits, what really surprised me was the waitress's superb customer service. It makes me question why I tip 20% in the states to get subpar service
In UK some restaurants don't do it for Health and Safety. People might take long hours to reach home, the food gets spoiled and then they eat spoiled food and sue the restaurant for food poison.

this video just proves why i always check menus before ordering. the lack of variety and its lentils, potato, cottage cheese and peas either stuffed or fried. doesnt seem like fine dining to me
