Alejandro Enmanuel Cabrera Contreras so many people out there are cherishing Reckoning Night, even though it proved to be a lot different from Winterheart's Guild or Silence. For me, the transition to Unia wasn't that much of a shock, since Reckoning Night already had some of the elements (e.g. The Boy Who Wanted...). Long story short: yes, they have always been developing their sound and music 😉

Guys. If you wanna hear power metal, go listen to a power metal band. Don’t complain about a band that’s never really tried to fit into one specific genre anyways changing their style over the course of 20 damn years. Their new music may be different, but it’s still them, they’re not imitating anyone and you can hear it’s their own style even though the genre is different. If you don’t like it, that’s a matter of opinion - just don’t freaking listen to them.

They aren’t a band fixed and set on power metal though. They’ve said many times that they don’t really like to order themselves into a certain genre, their music is here and there and it’s just them individually. Many people seem to have a problem with that and I don’t really understand why. Does every single band need to be in the same exact genre for you?

Porque claramente le van a dar más relevancia a canciones de los últimos discos, la banda no tiene porque vivir solo de su pasado. Aparte ya dejaron claro que no son más una banda de "power metal" a lo cual no le veo lo malo. El último disco me ha encantado bastante. :)

No es malo simplemente porque "a o x" persona le parezca aburrido, capas le dan mucha expectativa a los discos que están por venir, simplemente esperando que sea más de lo mismo. Está claro que muchos no saben lidiar con los cambios y es algo difícil para el músico darle el gusto a todo el mundo, lastimosamente.

They have become boring af... I guess they will never be the same again, that is a shame. Can you call the 2nd and 3rd songs Metal at all? The second one is horrible... I can't even stand to watch the whole thing. It's ok to change a little, but they are allienating their own fans at this point
