Even we catholics who believe in authoritative scripture interpretation pick and choose and loophole even church authoritative teaching. We all like our favorite sins and don’t want anyone to feel bad. We don’t fear the just God, and we presume on our forgiving and merciful Savior. But are we forgiven if we have no remorse?
Where in the Bible does it says that a woman should not be a pastor? Sometimes we think we are fixing a problem, but we end up creating other problems.
Women can preach and teach and serve, but God placed men to be priests to minister the sacraments. In the Catholic faith which is 2000 years old and has an unbroken apostolic succession only men are priests presiding over the seven sacraments given us by Jesus. Jesus did not change this practice of male priests.

Faith in God makes for a wonderful life. Not an easy one, but one of great hope. We all live forever. Death is a doorway to eternity. We can only choose our final destination in this life. Jesus is the way, the truth, the life. Heaven is the preferred destination.
