But for some reason kpop fans are sensitive about people commenting on the fact that most things in kpop have been done before. People listen to American top 40 and act like that's literally all there is. Nope, nothing more, American music sucks and didn't pioneer any kind of sound. There are thousands of underground/indie artists who make amazing music like this. This song, along with many other Loona songs, takes a lot of samples and inspiration from 80's hits. It's awesome, no doubt, but people need to stop being offended when others point out that something has been done before. You have no idea how difficult it is to make something unique. Every chord has been used before, every sound has been made, every setup has been done, etc. It's okay.

Kim definitely got the best solo aesthetic out of all the girls. Her song is impeccable, her choreo is eye-catching and flawless, her look, her subunit - everything. BBC must really see something special in her since she constantly has a leading position in the group.
For anyone who is wondering, HyunGyu Kim @ayohg choreographed this along with other LOONA releases but in this particular song I think he got some help from Kim Hwayoung @faryoungkim another famous choreographer who choreographed most of Wonder Girls's songs and some of Miss A's songs too and her recent work is this and Unnies' "Right".
So as you can see BBC is hiring the best choreographers and producers in the industry just to provide quality music for us even though it's just their pre-debut.
Sooo we should all support LOONA in the best way that we can! Stream their music videos, comment some positive stuff, follow them in their SNS, promote them in other social media platforms, anything really!
It's our simple way of giving back to LOONA and BBC for blessing us with wonderful music every month or so!
