I thought that as I was saying it but I couldn't remember the word for what turtles do. The two that I discovered were quite sluggish and very irritated that I disturbed their naps...
I'm glad to hear it! I've gotten to where I almost exclusively record with dual cam. I'm on a job this week and I've been dual camming the whole time so stay posted!
Brian 😎 cleaning ditches doing great so far 👍 damn branches they will take out a line real quick but be thankful it's not a giant bamboo patch u would have been cussing for sure 😂 Thank U Brian for the great video 👍
thanks! I feel like I walked away from this job having learned quite a bit. I can only imagine dealing with bamboo. I managed to get out of this job unscathed fortunately!
That's the main thing u learned 👍 as for bamboo u have to beat it down remove the stalks and then there's the root that is such a pain in d ass to deal especially when the bamboo patch is bigger than the machine you're in 😂
What do you do about wearing leather boots 10+ hours per day? I've learned in a truck to drive barefoot and put boots on for the customers so my cab doesn't smell when I take them off at the end of the day. Of course that's not a great option on a jobsite.
I don't have too many problems with the foot funk fortunately. I know a lot of guys in the industry have two sets of boots that they switch between, alternating days. That allows them to air out and keep the funk to a minimum. If I were operating the same machine day in and day out I'd probably get a set of comfortable cab shoes and wear those while operating.
The thumb does not line with the bucket but it still keeps the wood , was painful to see you fighting with the branch, it would have break immediately if you pushed sideways towards the tree almost while having the branch in between. I have no thumb but when I find a way to keep the branch somehow with bucket and it’s tooth, pushing sideways on it I can almost choose where I want the wood to break
haha dig deep to get underneath them I guess? I actually wondered multiple times through this job how many turtles I murdered over my 5 day stint...I'm probably not welcome in many turtle circles these days...😖
We call them tilt wrists over here and I 100% agree. We Americans are slow to catch on to the amazing world of attachments for machines for some reason.
Cool, I like seeing the snapping turtle. Those things don't hibernate though, they are just not very active during the winter.

You always feel like an idiot when fighting a small branch. The small ones are the ones that humble you. 😂
Also, is there a particular trick to finding a whole turtle not just part of one?

I realy dont understand why american opperators never use the thing that allows u to tilt your bucket (i have no clue what it is in english)

Don't flatter yourself. Not even Linus Sebastian can go viral by falling down and he has a "diamond" play button.
haha fair enough. I wasn't willing to whore myself out for views by getting on my back 😂😂😂
Turtle turtle
Death turtles. Don't put any appendages near the mouth end....
lol ummm no lol
