here's a few ideas for treating hives naturally
Make sure you eat enough fruit and vegetables.
Make sure you have enough vitamin C
make use of herbs which cleanse the liver eg dandelion
Use herbs with infection fighting properties including myrrh and burdock and others including garlic

I’ve had chronic urticaria for the last 10 years and I believe what brought it on was being cut in tropical water in New Guinea which resulted in a large swelling and then a short time later after the swelling had gone down the chronic hives began daily and After many specialists Advised many different things I found that antihistamines helped in the short term but was eventually put on Xolair which whilst it doesn’t solve the problem does seem to give me relief but I take 3 injections every month and it’s still breaks out at the most in opportune times anywhere on the body. I feel for all the suffers of this terrible disease and I hope that one day it just disappears like the doctors say.

@@applemaegabia871 Hi I'm very glad to say that my hives are gone. My first hives occurrence was in Feb 2020, I thank God that my last hives occurrence was in March 2021. I got prescription for a medicine from Dermatologist to take for 3months & to continue taking it even after 3months if it occurs, not guaranteeing a cure at the moment & might take time. So after 4 or 5 months of taking it slowly works. Taking into account that my hives might occur due to intake of Mass Gainer, Stress in the Body since I went to the gym, I'm still not sure if it's because of this but it's the two different things that I did to my body before developing hives. So even though I don't know the cause I just stopped using mass gainer till today & slowly with medication now I'm fully cured.

Prednisone makes them go away immediately. Allery shots seemed to work, but I always had to quit them early because of insurance copay bs. 13 year on off problem think narrowed down to mold in a dirt Crawlspace of a bad foundation house , I have severe anxiety I treat with clonazepam when bad, but what came first the mold or the anxiety and hives or the hives then the anxiety. All I know is the anxiety is always just gonna be an issue but I can manage it to live a semi normal life, but my irrational fears are invasive and leads me to isolate myself in the one place making me sick. clonazepam helps but also causes I little laziness and apathy which in effect can cause more anxiety because bills don't get paid on time and house debt elimination doesn't happen. I still managed to quit drinking alcohol and exercise/diet enough to lose all my midwest 70lbs in 6 months . In short whatever happened to me 13 years ago shortly after I moved I to a new house with my girlfriend at the time has set me up for a lonely road to hell and every once in a while I come across some hope or some goal and fight for my health and my future even when I know I'm living in the #1 problem (my amateur built house I cant sell or tear down.) Boy do I wish I could afford to tear it down and be behind the wheel of that front end loader. I'd move into a metal pole barn house with a concrete floor in Arizona built out of 1990s Tacoma Truck metal with the best plumbing isolated to one area of the house and anything wood would be green board. I'd spend years researching air filtration technology combined with mold eradicated and prevention start my own company and help others. Also the moment I leave my toxic house and job I'd hike one of the long trails and other trails just to see if the effects of living out of doors walking for a living with the survival mindset could cure my hives and help my anxiety and gave me a general quality of life. My joy for nature, admiration of other people who like or work with nature mixed with real primal fight or flight scenarios ( bears, steep cliffs, bad weather ect..) sent to my brain might just reset my mind to it's original setting. Hopefully without a real immediate lifeordeath encounter just the presence of its possibilities ( Guess I did a journal in a youtube comment)

Get your doctor to prescribe you Hydroxysine 25mg here in UK they come in a box of 28 tablest. They certainly worked for me. This is in case of Hives / Urticaria. I was taking B-complex tablets along with other vitamin D and Omega 3 one of each everyday. In my case it was actually the B-complex side effects. Also pumpkin seeds don't have them too much as they contain zinc which can cause aleregic reactions.

ChessGuru; I have been getting itchy skin for 25 years . At times lasting for a few weeks then going away. I eventually come to conclusion it was the B vitamins, especially B12. It took a long time to figure out. I was taking a 'health' drink that had 2400% of rda of B12 two to three times per day. B12 seems to be added to everything. Supposedly for energy. I added it up one time that I was consuming 24,000% + of the rda of B12 a lone ! But now the itching is worse and and everywhere and hasn't gone away in over 10 months and I've been wondering if the B's and B12 might be the cause or part of the cause.

    • @tubetime39
      @tubetime39 Год назад

ChessGuru; I have been taking extra zinc the past two years also. I think you are right in these things being a possible part of the problem. The B vitamins especially B 12 in larger quantities, seem to affect my blood pressure and cause my face skin to break out also. People say that you just get rid of B 12 if you take too much. How much is too much ? I don't believe your body can get rid of it that easily. There has to be a limit somewhere.

I am 22 years old and Every night since I was 5 years old I have broken out in hives. I am currently suffering so bad I am losing sleep as this issue has progressed worse. My skin flares up and gets intensely itchy and wakes me out my sleep. I scratch myself until I bleed and When I wake up in the morning the issue disappears like it never happened. So I nick named it “ghost rash”. I had to take photos to prove to my doctors I am not crazy and they diagnosed me with eczema but that was far from the truth. I have regular eczema on my legs but these hives are not eczema. I’ve taken benedryl so much throughout my life that I am now intolerant to the active ingredient. It gives me brain fog, irritability, massive headaches and overall instability physically and emotionally. I literally have no idea what else to do because my doctors have diagnosed me with different things and given me different treatment options yet none of them have ever worked. I’ve even tried changing my diet. Still no luck. So I am at the point now I am ready to hop up out of my skin.

I go in and out of facial swelling periods and never found a trigger. ahng in there it passes.

Psychogenic urticaria is never mentioned by simple skin doctors. When you're a hammer, every problem looks like a nail.

I’m sitting here and scratching my swollen spots on my legs and feet. I don’t want to wait another couple of weeks until I have met the requirements chronic urticaria to get proper testing (blood test) but I know doctors can only do their job. I’ve visited a doctor two times already and the first one said it was an allergy the second I explained my condition. That doctor prescribed me some medicine, loratadine for 10 days and panafcortelone for about a week. The same itchy red spots came back after maybe 5-7 days. The next doctor performed a closer examination at the spots and concluded that it was hives. They both gave me medicines which I felt sedated whilst taking. Maybe it is the protein in the foods I’m eating that my immune system is perceiving as “foreign intruders”....? Overall, I feel like more testing should be done if the patient is having pretty bad experiences. I heard him say that this is only temporary, and I can’t wait for it to be over!

Fei Ma get yourself tested for thyroiditis, which is an autoimmune condition. A lot of patients with Hashimoto's (thyroiditis) develop chronic hives, including myself. It took me a couple of years to figure this out but now I know. Basically, its a complex issue with the immune system out of whack and an overload of histamine in the circulation. Look up foods with histamine to adjust your diet as some foods are very high in histamine and others trigger the release of histamine which fuels the fire....Eliminate stress as well... Good luck!

Hate my chronic hives, HATE! For over 5 years! That have gotten worse. I have no insurance & want to cry. I have many that come back in the same places. I scratch them till they bleed & scab over. Been told it’s because I’m a type one diabetic! My dad is almost 70 & has suddenly started breaking out in them too. Benadryl or any over the counter don’t help nor do anti itch creams. I hate my life a d want to cut my skin off… if only I didn’t feel pain. I feel they will never get better. They’ve cause me sever depression. I feel so unattractive & ugly. It’s worse enough I have ADHD that makes me dwell on negativeness. I believe they are caused by stress & no amount of trying not to stress out doesn’t work. My dad started when he stressed about money cause I haven’t been able to find work. So he pays my bills & rent. Because of my PTSD I’m always stressed about someone yelling out me. These damn hives are never going to go away. I just want to die, I’m tired of being miserable 😭

Chemical household products!!! I've had the same experiences, luckily I was able to find out the causes on my own. First time was Gain laundry detergent, second time was Scrubbing Bubbles toilet bowl drop ins. They all share the same ingredients like fragrance, dye and sodium hypochlorite. I had to rewash all my cloths and beddings two times, brush toilet bowls with gloves on, open all my windows for 3 days. My hives lasted more than a month, after I figured out what was the problem, the hives went away within a couple days.

I have hit the mark to now be classified as 'chronic hives.' When it first broke out, it was awful. After 3 days i finally went to urgent care and was given a week of steroids and antihistamine.
Since then, I pop 2-3 antihistamines everyday and it barely comes out. Red marks here and there. If I forgot to take a pill, then by night it will come out in a patch that itches.
Compared to most cases I've read, mine is the minorest of minor. Still, I want to be cured, cause why is my body doing this?
Up til now , im very healthy, fit, have no allergies except light hay fever in the spring, no sensitive skin.

I’ve had this for 5+years I was told I have celiac disease but now I think I just have chronic urticaria because they continue to come back no
Matter what I do.. I also think I have pressure hives as well. I could walk in heels and my feet will be super swollen plus have hives all over them the next day or a few hours later I could go to the gym and a few hours later start swelling up where I worked out on my body. It is very irritating. I pop Benadryls constantly just to get relief, especially before going to bed so I can sleep, if not I toss and turn and feel like I’m partly awake the entire time. Sometimes I don’t even show symptoms of hives but my skin with itch uncontrollably all over, my head arms neck.. my entire body. I have been covered in hives from head to toe and have looked completely deformed like I got
Jumped by 6 people lol but hey, it does go
    Away. But it always comes
    Back.

I also have this for 13 years on and off. I always assumed it was related to the mold Crawlspace issues which also caused me to get anxiety. I could go into details but allergy, shots,5 stage hepas, dehumidifier and biannualish rounds of prednisone, clonazepams for anx attacks. Its manageable. Hopefully someday I can get out of this house and all of these problems will subside or go away.
