Hi! This recipe reminded me of a cake that is very common where I live. Some call it Havanete and some call it Cabsha, it's basically a very similar dough for the base, although thicker. Then you add a layer of dulce de leche and after that you melt chocolate with butter and add a thin layer over it. You should try it some day!!

I just made this for the holidays following you recipe. Excellent and a much easier pâté sucrée than other recipes. Absolutely delicious! My additions were orange zest and a tablespoon of fresh orange juice to both the dough and the chocolate ganache. Thanks for the video and the clear visuals!
