Angela Alsobrooks gives speech as projected winner of Md. Democratic Senate Primary

Angela Alsobrooks was named the projected winner of the Democratic Maryland Senate primary, beating opponent David Trone.
The race was one of the closest in Maryland. Alsbrooks has served as Prince George’s County Executive for eight years.
"My name is Angela Alsobrooks, and I am officially your Democratic nominee in Maryland’s Senate race," Alsobrooks tweeted. "On November 5, 2024, we are going to defeat Larry Hogan, keep Maryland blue, and keep our Senate under Democratic control - spread the word."

Maryland aren't stupid. They know a vote for Larry Hogan is a vote to guarantee unconditional Republican control of the Senate and he was recruited by Mitch McConnell & John Thune, he'd vote for their Heritage Foundation judges every time against Maryland values.

You know I’m democrat but I don’t believe in killing an unborn child. This disturbs me when they quote scripture in the Bible. But needless to say, you don’t quote the 10 commandments. Thou shall not kill. I know we have a right to our opinion, I was also one of those. If only if I would have known better people. To save a life is wise.
