  • AEV Explores the legendary Rubicon Trail in Northern California. Joined by a few of our international dealers (Germany, Japan, South Africa), we set out on a 3 day expedition experiencing the sights, sounds and smells of the Rubicon - unlike anything else.

Looks like a great trip. Would love to know what kind of suspension and tire setup was used on the military green or white JKs. Looking for a setup that works well for onroad and the occasional off roading on filthy wet/muddy/snowy fire and logging roads. No intention of rock crawling.

This was all our our gear on these Jeeps. All vehicles on this trip were running at least our 3.5" DualSport with 35" tires or the 4.5" DualSport with 37" tires. We name our suspension DualSport because it provides the best of both world. Exceptional on-road handling and feel paired with outstanding off-road capabilities.

Hi Daniel - that rack was a custom, one-off rack fabricated by the guys in our Montana facility. No plans to offer one to the public at this time.

Is there more to this trip? Feels you left alot of action out for being the rubi trail or just bypassed the real wheeling?
