Hi Mam. I just have one question regarding the addmission criteria. Most of the courses require us to be a registered Physiotherapist at our home country. I'm from India and as you might know there ain't any national body providing license for Physiotherapy in India. So to be considered as a recognised Physiotherapist in India, do we need to have IAP membership or having a license from the respective State is enough? Like I'm from Gujarat so would having a GSCPT registration be enough?

Not really. I did my masters in advanced physiotherapy at UCL and applied for the HCPC registration during the course. HCPC is more important if there is a placement and you need to work with patients as an independent practitioner. Hope that makes sense!

Yes unfortunately! But you can apply to them if you don't have your IELTS and get a conditional offer letter and once you complete your IELTS you will get your unconditional offers.

A lot of msc physiotherapy programs are not in the list of hcpc. How will it work then? How we will register ourselves with hcpc?

I think it's pretty accurate. They have a criteria that says that students should have 2:1 grades that is equivalent to 70% I think.
