So I have tried the iPhone 15 Pro, Pro Max and the Plus. I ended up keeping the 15 Plus. I rarely find myself using the telephotos lens. And after while my eyes just get used to 60Hz. I love the large display and the large battery. In my country, the Pro Max would cost 37% more than the Plus. To me the 120hz and the telephoto isn't worth 37% more.

Just a correction, the main 1x sensor on the 15 Plus isn't the exact same one found on the 14 Pro models. Yes, they have the same 48 megapixel size, but the actual sensor on the 14 Pro models are larger which results in larger individual pixels. The regular 15 models, however, do have a slightly larger aperture to compensate for this.

Love it, love it! Battery is a beast, 2 and 1/2 day and I'm heavy user. Yesterday I had more then 6 hours sot and it was still 70% left in the evening

Really? Mine just lasts I think 7-8 hrs with heavy usage.

Now I can get 8 hr max with heavy use and 1 and 1/2 day of light use. I keep my battery between 30-80%

Great review. I’ve just got the 15 plus moving from android and loving it. A good point that 60hz on an iPhone is smoother than on android and its more than good enough for me. Customisation on the iPhone is head of what I could do on my android 13 for my uses.

The pink one might be my favorite iPhone of all time. It feels significantly less top heavy than the 15 Pro Max, which I returned. It also doesn't overheat like I noticed on the Pro Max and the battery life is even better. I get so many compliments on this one out and about and never once on any other phone for over 10 years. It's the best. I don't even care about 120 Hz once I realized I always had my phone on low power mode anyway!

I am thinking of buying it but the only thing I am sceptical about is screen refresh rate. Coming from 120Hz Samsung is the difference noticable?
I have watched a lot of videos lately trying to decide what one to go for, and from what I have seen, they say it is very noticeable at first but you do get used to it. I’m still trying to figure out what one to go for 😢

Do you have a reason why iPhone XR, 11 and 12 users should upgrade? My wife and I both have 12 Pro Max phones. My mother has a 15 Plus. It is a little better in most areas - battery, screen, camera, dynamic island, signal, USB-C, processor all better. However, the user experience is basically identical. I just don't seen any "must have" features that I need to upgrade for. So I had the Apple store install a new battery and hope next years phones are a bit more exciting.
Smart man. Most ppl don't understand the overall user experience is identical when it comes to daily use. Not to take away from newer models they're just not good enough to upgrade. All you gotta do is get a new case screen protector and battery to give life to your older iPhone.
Very smart yes.. the user experience is identical I agree. Wait for the 16 series. There will be a ton of new Ai features on the new phones but overall experience will still be the same. Just remember on older phones at some point security updates will stop soon
Good video 👏 I got the pro max and the wife the plus, but for me the pro max is still a fair bit better, the plus got a better battery life agreed. but you only pointed out 2 differences between the plus and pro max, when there a few more also, thinner bezels on the max, action button, more powerful chip, more ram, higher refresh rate, extra lens, faster charging, faster transfer speeds, pro res video the, always on display the list goes on, I do agree the 15 plus is a brilliant phone though

i might disagree with the longest battery life on any smartphone?? have you had a samsung or any android tho? because i can say there was a huge difference in using old samsung compared to my new phone which is an iphone 15 plus. and im telling you i was so disappointed with the 15 plus battery life, drains so fast even if im a very light user plus ive already done all the battery saving tips
@@thtslvyour unit must be defective, there isn’t an Android phone in existence that can compete with the battery life of this phone, I upgraded from the s23 ultra to the 15 plus and the difference is night and day
@@backbonedray7612 yeah sorry i get it now. when i was a samsung user, i didnt mind the battery health AT ALL, so it meant using it from 100% to 0%. while using my 15 plus rn, i just go from 80 to 40% or sometimes 100 to 30%. thats why i think it drains faster, my bad. tho sometimes i really feel like it's draining a lot faster like for example while im just checking my phone after waking up, it drains around 3% already. all in all, i dont think my unit's defective at all
also, i have the ipad 9th gen first before i had my 15 plus, i can say that my 15 plus drains faster idk

Hi.. I am using 14 pro and i don't like the weight and camera (specially Instagram camera) of this phone. It becomes auto inhanched which makes the picture quality worst. So I am planning to move in 15 plus. Will it be a wise decision or should i move to the pro versions.

I upgraded to the 15 Plus from an iPhone 12 not a long time ago
For me the bigger screen 48MP cameras and the really good battery life were the points why i chose this phone.
Yeah it’s not cheap,but compared to the 15 pro max it noticeably less expensive I was thinking about getting the Max cuz of the 120HZ.But plus 300$ for a slightly better screen that’s not a good deal for me.
The 60HZ is not a problem,on the other hand I agree with the fact that this refresh rate in this price range is not okay.

If you get the pro max you care about pro features, battery, and screen size. If you get the base model all you care about is the basic needs of a phone.
If you get the plus all u care about is a big screen, and large battery , and you don’t care for pro features.

It depends on which phone u can afford. If u have the XR u should get the 15 or 15 plus. I had the 14 pro & I upgraded & got the pink 15. I absolutely love my phone so much

The 15 Plus is worth the extra money - brighter screen, 48mp main camera, dynamic island, Qualcomm A70 modem, USB-C, A16 bionic processor.

welllll… i love my 15 plus… DAMNNN this phone is crazyyy good 😍 amazinggg battery life.. and 60hz doesnt matter after a few hours u wont notice (i came from a samsung 120hz flagship, so i know what m saying), iphone clearly has wayy better animations and touch sampling rate is pretty high making touch response damn good..i just love the BATTERY aspect.. i needed a simple phone with high battery life, and this is a BEAST 😍

I just got the 15 plus today. I came from 14pm but my camera died after 14 months and the battery was the worst. I was worried about the 60hz on the 15 plus (I don't play games on my phone) thinking it would be slow but it's true that you won't notice it. not unless you are a very techie person or you play games, I don't think it actually matters. I had no plan of switching my phone but due to the camera dying and either way I would spend at least 600 💷, I decided to just get the 15 plus and I hope it will last me at least 3 years😂

Got mine a month ago, and let me tell you…. THIS PHONE IS A MONSTER. I had a Nord N200 5G, and that phone is 🗑️ compared to this one. The battery on this 15+ is insane. My biggest gripe on a phone is the battery life.. No more😂😂😂 The battery is phenomenal, the speakers with Dolby Atmos is crazy, and it’s just an all around better experience. Been on android all my life, and this is my first IPhone.. Don’t think I’m ever going back to android ever again.

@@DigitalSlang after taxes we've pay for same iPhone models more than Americans even if you calculate in dollars its not viable to buy. We've to work for say 3 months to buy while you can buy working only for a week that's why Android from china is the only saviour 😌.

I had the 15 plus in blue and was a great phone but i just couldn’t get on with the 60hz, so returned it and got the 15 pro max and gotta say the pm is an absolute beast! Fantastic battery, no overheating at all for me even on set up, pro motion is so smooth and is very noticeable compared to 60hz. I got the natural titanium and it looks so premium

When someone buys a cheap car, they don’t expect to get a turbocharged engine but when they buy an expensive car, even if the target customer doesn’t “need” a turbo engine, expensive car brands still give you a turbo engine & premium features. Apple should learn that & give 120Hz even if the average customer doesn’t need it. It just makes the phone an overall better phone.

@@dazauto107 I didn't watch these videos and I don't have to. I can just switch 120 hz to 60hz on my device and see such an enormous gap that I can barely use the device until I get used to it. Then I switch back to 120hz and amaze how smooth it is.
Maybe there are some disabled people that cannot see the difference, I understand that it may happen, but anyways most people have the same eyes as me or anyone I asked and that's why your statement is wrong. Most people certainly can see the difference.
