Enes Sen I think it's just to scare the enemy. For example there is a low health enemy spy you can disguise as a pyro. Or maybe you can disguise as a Hoovy that's on your team and no one will hurt you. :D Hope this helps.

Here's a quick spy tip for you. That you have to backstab the engineer first and then sap his buildings.

I use it with the Dead Ringer to make the enemy team think I changed classes (aka no ded ringer) and then disguise as one of them and backstab.
