I tried, this product is so big that it can't be fitted in standard metal box. I tried and wasted my time. You can't close the switch plate after putting this back in concealed box

Here physical switches should be always turned on. This doesn't serve the purpose. Ideal usecase is to On/Off Lights/Fan with both smart switch(phone) and physical wall switches. This is possible with Sonoff smart relay.
Your product requires physical switches to be always on. Only then your smart relay can control the load(device).

Is that true? Then the product is miss leading and they are making a claim that is not true...Nowhere they specify the switch have to be always ON
