    Super cool project and video ! Got pipe and wire, will definitely make this ! Starting with measuring how much pipe you cut and size of jump ring needed. Unless you have measurements already ? How much would this bracelet weigh when finished ?

    • @my-projects
      @my-projects  18 дней назад

      Thanks a lot for your awesome feedback.👍 I have used 6 mm copper pipe and cut off 110 pipe pieces - but some of the rings were crooked so I couldn't use them. 100 for the bracelet. I used electrical wire with 1mm copper wire in it - and made rings of 5 cm in circumference - used 40 in total - but made a little extra.These figures are of course depending on how long the bracelet needs to be - and how big you make the clasp.😀 And it weighs 79 g

    May I ask you, that solder rod for soldering copper pieces is phosphoric copper rod?

      @@my-projects although, the 14% sulfuric acid solution may work if i'm gonna make it from auto-battery electrolyte which it's 37% sulfuric acid and dilute it with distilled water to form 14%?

    • @my-projects
      @my-projects  6 дней назад

      No, I would strongly advise against it if you haven't tried it before, because sulfuric acid generates a lot of heat when mixed with distilled water. I buy sulfuric acid which is 14% sulfuric acid from the start.👍

    When jewelers use the liquids (other then for quenching hot metal). What is that for, like sulfuric acid and such?

    • @my-projects
      @my-projects  9 дней назад

      I use e.g. sulfuric acid to remove excess solder residues and other surface impurities in the copper👍

    Благодарю! Очень-очень интересная работа. Могли бы Вы уточнить количество медных шайб и диаметр и количество колец из медной проволоки..... Если это не секрет и не затруднит Вас. Благодарю! Очень хотел бы попробовать повторить Ваш опыт!!!!

    • @my-projects
      @my-projects  6 дней назад +1

      Спасибо большое за приятный отзыв.👍 В моих работах нет ничего секретного. Я использовал медную трубу диаметром 6 мм и отрезал 110 кусков трубы, но некоторые кольца были изогнуты, поэтому я не смог их использовать. 100 за браслет. Я использовал электрический провод с медной проволокой диаметром 1 мм - и сделал кольца диаметром 5 см - всего использовал 40 - но сделал немного больше. Эти цифры, конечно, зависят от того, какой длины должен быть браслет - и насколько большой вы сделайте застежку.😀 И весит она 79 г 👍
