I had ankle/calf/foot surgery in 2018 and now I can't wear high heels. Strangely I also cant wear flats because of how my heel strikes. So kitten heels and flatforms are where I live. It is hard (for me) to find budget friendly fashionable looks but they can be had. I cackled a good cackle when I saw your plum vs brown boots. Fun fact - I actually bought the same jacket twice. Didn't realize until I wore it, put it in the hamper and then saw it in the closet a few days later. 😂 It was then I knew I had a problem. Keep the brown, sale the plum.

I still say “pumps’ (I’m over 45). I just purchased red kitten heel (KH) pumps (with a gold heel) the other day….they are 3.5 inches…not a KH but it sure feels that way. I told myself they will go well with my cargos/jeans and make some of them appear longer 😂. Happy you are not getting rid of the red boots!!! I say get rid of the burgundy textured ones. The Gianvito Rossi you can get rid of them, as well. Although I can see them on you while you’re away for a winter getaway in a house in the woods.
I am old school and I carried a big bag over the years. Now my doctor has prescribed that I carry a smaller bag. All I have to say is be careful, it can catch up with you 😉
I love kitten heels, and I have always loved them. Especially, now that I can no longer wear heels, it's a way to still feel sexy and have the illusion of high heels. Girl...I know about humidity and curly hair. All of my graduation pictures look messed up because it rained in each one of them. I wasted my time doing my hair. I don't fight it any longer. I either do an updo or leave the curls alone.I use a deep conditioner each time I wash my hair and I cut my ends. I stopped wearing lipstick for the pandemic. I now wear lip gloss. I like the non-sticky one too. I like the mauvey ones because it's similar to my natural lip color. I can't afford the more expensive types. I use Rimmel or NYX. Anyway, I love your channel. It is fun to watch and it has different topic converting beauty and fashion, so it won't be boring. Your personality and sense of humor give it a more intimate approach; like I'm speaking to my BFF. First of all kitten heels are by definition 2inch/5cm max I have seen a lot of pictures in videos of much higher heels calling them kitten heels 😅 and secondly pumps are also called court shoes but I think that sounds even less modern to someone who’s not used to it 🤣

I don’t know why some women continue to wear 4,5 etc inch heels and complain about them. There is no way a heel that high can be comfortable. Your feet don’t even sit right in them. Some women pay a price later on. I think the kitten heel came back because women realize it. What is the point in paying over a thousand dollars for a shoe or boot you can only sit in.
