  • A UK police force has backed down and announced it is scrapping its so-called hate crime awareness courses following backlash over the arrest of a British ex-serviceman, Sky News host Rowan Dean says.
"Last week a British ex-serviceman was threatened and harassed by the British police for reposting an anti-transgender meme on Twitter," Mr Dean said.
Mr Dean said Reclaim Party Leader Laurence Fox and the party's Chairman Harry Miller attended the scene in defence of the army veteran.
"Harry was arrested - and then released," he said.
"The police realising they had gone too far backed down. And only a few hours ago the Hampshire police force backed down and announced they were cancelling their so-called "hate crime awareness courses"."
Mr Dean discussed the issue with Mr Fox and Mr Miller.

everyone is a protected class except white straight Christians especially if they are men. the newer civil rights movement made them seconds class citizens and not at all protected from the abuses of the minorites when they want to force you into submission, it's so bad that if you even question the behavior or act intolerant of it, you are the problem with the whole thing. it's literally worse to complain about being a victim of one of the members of these groups than the crimes commuted against them.

I'm mostly British and a quarter Jamaican, I have lost many friends and family since Brexit and been very surprised at how people I'd always thought to be intelligent, measured and reasonable have turned into over emotional, entitled psychopaths. Lawrence Fox represents the best of what being a Brit is and refuses to bow to the diversity stazi. I nearly came to blows with a cousin because I wore a poppy on remembrance day! I'm tired of people from lesser cultures (and that's not being mean it's just a cold, hard fact) screaming about what filthy colonisers we are. Like I told my cousin, this is not America nobody was dragged here kicking and screaming and nobody is forcing anybody to stay. Foxy for PM!

I applaud your opinion and pro-British attitudes. I don't think Americans are dragging anybody kicking and screaming anywhere either - don't understand what you are saying here.....perhaps you are talking about the slavery that everybody practiced some hundreds of years ago, including Britain. Maybe you are unaware that Britain and America both abolished it in their countries.....?
We need to work together as free nations if we are to get out of this divide and conquer Marxist trap of pretend racism we are presently caught up in.
I do believe though that islamics will never become citizens obeying your laws - it is not in their nature and would be against Mohammed's orders. I think you are now in the awful situation of making them leave whether they want to or not. Officially take away their welfare and the ability of one man having 4 "wives" on welfare would be a good start - close down their fake money-laundering, using vacant shop fronts, that would be a good start. Good luck and keep up the good work.

As an ex police officer myself I am disturbed because I believe one of the officers was displaying a pride flag. I hope I am wrong, because police officers in my day had to be impartial. There is a creeping tendency for officers to identify themselves with the LGBT alphabet, and these overt acts are overriding their neutrality. More than that an officer displaying overt support should not have been allowed to attend, as they have already shown they are not impartial. Political badges have no place on police cars or uniforms.

In a civilised Society shaking hands is a courtesy even when agreeing to disagree. So deep is the 'cancellation' of Lozza that they can't even be 'associated' with him. If a member of a revered acting dynasty can be treated in this manner for defending Britain and white men, what chance does Stan in the some office stand for voicing similar opinions. (Do they have a distinct siren when they attend urgent hurt feelings cases? So that the public knows how urgent it must be...)
I think the politicians / lawmakers need a kick in the arse for passing that law when it can be so easily misused. I can understand it for serious matters, but not for that. And there lies the difficulties when drafting laws based on subjective matters.. like 'hurt feelings', anxiety, offended etc... It should not be made into a law, until such time that hurt feelings can be measured scientifically. Otherwise it is pure bullshit.

These woke groups are abusing the services of the police, by reporting the crime of anxiety! People feel anxiety every day, for many reasons. The government caused a lot of anxiety with their lockdowns and Nazi style raids to catch people in groups of 6 or more! For the police to even entertain the idea that they could arrest someone for causing anxiety, turning a meme into a hate crime, shows how far these woke groups are willing to go, to control police and tell them to arrest someone for causing "anxiety"! Amen. And is it even possible to love the good without hating the anti-good?
I came to this insight some time ago listening pop songs, which often have lyrics like _'let's rise above love and hate,'_ as if that's some noble aspiration. First I asked, 'why would we want to rise above love? Isn't love good?'
And that got me wondering if hatred has a place as well. After some thought, I added this: 'Can we have any standards, any decency if we don't find anything worthy of hatred? If we tolerate everything, won't we just eat poop, and go about raping, and murdering children?' _Why not,_ if you have no discretion between good and evil? And to 'rise above love and hate' is to forego the possibility of such discretion. You _can't_ love the good or hate the evil; this you can not choose one and reject the other, if you have 'risen above' such discretion. It sounds more like a sinking to hell, to me.
And then I realized what the agenda was that was being promoted via such lyrics. Getting rid of 'love and hate,' _means_ no standards whatsoever. It really does translate to: *"Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the law."*
So yes, we should love the good.... _and_ hate the wicked. Those are two sides of the same coin. We have the capacity to hate, because it is useful for something important, like all 'negative' emotions. Fear, for example, prompts us to run away from predators, thus saving our lives; we'd all be dead if we had no fear. Hate, horror, disgust, are a feelings we get when we encounter evil; they motivates us to oppose the evil. _Sometimes they are felt in error,_ but they are not error in and of themselves.
