Chen Gong's NP OverCharge makes some extra damage, *only when he couldn't kill enemy with the original damage*. That means the TRUE POWER of this NP is 4.47 × 1.6 = 7.15 million.
Actually they are about equal, Chen Gong is a bit cheaper IMO. In Duo Skadi system, you need a 10/10/10 Skadi (of course) and someone who can loop with Skadi like Atalante, Zerkerlot, etc. Preferably they should have their NP gain/Quick buff maxed out, or at least have a good battery which should also be maxed out. However, the biggest slog in this system is the SUPERSCOPE to kick-off the first turn. Also due to that Superscope, the DPS is pretty much gated from more offensive CE like Black Grail, with a few exceptions like Douman who have 80% NP battery in his skill 3, which also must be maxed out to get the benefit. Pre-Castoria his team is similar to Skadi system in which you very much need a Superscope to kick things off (Or a handful of batteries, which is expensive AF). However, with Castoria, not only can Gong equip a more offensive CE like Black Grail for this montage, for more budget team you can instead use an NP gain focus CE so you only need ~20% NP for the next cycle, which there are plenty of supports like Shakespeare and Mash who can provide. Aside from a 10/10/10 Castoria, Gong needs pretty nothing else aside from leveling and stat. From 6th anni onward Zhuge Liang is pretty much free (and Zhuge only need Ascension 3 for full battery potential), so there is all the more reason to invest in this Catapult turtle system.
Watching this is like watching Catapult Turtle OTK turns, they play for at least 10 mins just so you either lose lp so you don't have to touch your cards anymore or are just built to quickly play games because them going first doesn't matter if they get a good hand.
And now Artoria will feel the pain Shirou felt when condemned to an eternity of unpleasant drudge work. When a farming servant dies they don't go to Avalon, they go right back to the damn farm and do their jobs.
