The medic tents and the cars give a feeling that it truly is abandoned, as if the people left it in a rush, if there were no cars or tents it would feel plain as if they simply left for no reason, and this is a reason to love this map

This looks absolutely fantastic. I love it. I have been building my own cyberpunk city myself for a video project of mine, it's ridiculous how much time it takes to build something up that looks good, but in the end, it's worth it.
Also, I love your choice of music. It's been a while since I've listened to Approaching Nirvana, but back in the day when it first came out, Deep Dark Blue was my favorite song.

Years ago I modded a server client to procedurally weather and detriorate worlds. Blocks like cobblestone would be replaces with mossy cobblestone and other blocks would be replaced with their relative weathered versions. Depending on how blocks were layed out, walls would fall down, ceilings would drop through. Floors would turn to dirt and grass would grow in the buildings. Unfortunately I have no idea how to convert the moded client into a downloadable forge mod so it hit a dead end then and there.

Amazing build!! I just have one tip. The leaves on the sides of the buildings are too straight i think. It makes them look more like christmas decorations rather than vines. But all in all I love this style! Nice work
