My favourite video so far, you boys just naturally having banter is fun to watch. Cole Buxton has been my favourite brand since I saw you do a video on the warm up T-shirt and I’ve bought a number of items - seeing they’re normal lads makes me want to support them even more.

Hey Daniel, a bit off topic but what rig are you running on your sony? I've been trying to look for a good rig to mount the mic on the camera, also nice pick! Sonys are the way to go
I reckon a video of like your shopping cart or your favourites/wish list kinda thing would be a great chatty video. It’s probably a bit tiresome with screen recordings and chopping thing etc but it could be good to see If there’s items you’re liking but waiting to get, or you like the trend but maybe not your style.
I think seeing more discussions around your aesthetic and inspiration is something we’d be interested in.

a good way of losing weight is low calorie dense food, foods that are satisfying and make you full. but without the big calories. For example instead of eating chips you can eat popcorn (salty prefered). Look up things in your diet that you can swap for lower calorie food.
Do you have any snack recommendations that are low calories? (Like popcorn)
@@hejhejaske thats dificult because snacks are made with very high amounts of sugars and fat, so you could look at replacements like eating a grapefruit (really low in calories but giant) or instead of having chips you can try to eat toast with something on it. Snacks are dificult but try and look for a small reduction in taste for a big reduction in calories. (google the thing you really want to eat and then just search if there is a lower calorie version on the market)

You HAVE to track calories if you're trying to lose weight. You MUST operate at a caloric deficit to lose significant weight. If you're trying to build muscle or bulk, do the opposite. Operate at a caloric surplus and you're golden. Its probably the easiest part of exercising but also the most overlooked.
