That helps the students from tier 3 clgs to stay motivated and work hard towards their big dream. He is someone who is teaching the students and also he is from Google so the title he has put is more than apt. Also, before using this kind of harsh tone think twice. He just wants to make every tier 3 student understand that it is not that if that tier thing isn't there that student can't achieve it. Also, this makes him more approachable. There are many students from IITs who just don't even pay a bit of heed if you ask them for review or direction to improve yourself but I am sure no student would hesitate to ask that from him although there are already many videos he has created that are more than sufficient for us. And one last thing: It is better to be straight and blunt instead of serving sugar coated shit that's not gonna help any student.
I should've posted a Google Form for referral, will do that from next time. Two days back I've asked people to send their resume along with a message, and when the roles were of 2+ YoE, I've got mails from people who either forgot to attach the resume, or there is no JOB ID they're applying to, or there are no links to projects, or absolutely no message at all. And an intern sent me an application to the role of Software Architect. Forget about freshers, even most of the experienced folks don't know how to request a referral.

Definitely, MS in the US.

MS in US anyday if you have money to spare other wise you can get a good living in India too if you are working in good startup/Faang
if you get a good placement at a good company then you dont need MS in US or any fancy things like that which is a waste of money

I think cold email is a good way to get referal .with the help of LinkedIn profile we can get easily anyone email id we can mail on it.everyone upload his email id in profile .may be if we use this method we have a high chance of referal

If I want a referral....then the 1st thing I have to do is to apply the job though career portal then after that I share that job id to my senior(who is an employee of that company) and then I have to ask him for the referral?

Do DSA first. web dev doesn't take time if you seriously do it (about 2 months). Good luck
give priority to dsa. focus only on frontend of web dev in ur spare time.

There is no roadmap dude,learn DSA as first priority and some dev (web, android or ml) on side note for projects.
