- Before the crime tape rose around a double fatal traffic crash, commencement confetti fell for the car’s occupant. Julian Torres is photographed arm-in-arm with his parents during his May graduation from Las Vegas High School. A different photo shows him making a touchdown as a star player on the football team. Another shows a sweet moment between him, his seven-year-old sister, and a rabbit.
So he’s 20 years old an adult they don’t release his name or his picture and yet you ask for the public’s help, are you kidding me?

This is neither a vigil or a visual. In order for it to be a vigil there has to be a group together for the purpose of paying respects or in remembrance or saying prayers . Putting flowers at the scene of a fatal crash isn’t a vigil and it’s not a visual, although it is something you can see so you get a visual of it. As a professional reporter you would think you would understand what certain words mean in the English language .

If there is one thing I have learned about the Las Vegas area is this. Driving and or riding as a passenger anywhere on the streets of The Vegas area between the hours of 8:30PM to 7:00 AM any day of the week is very hazardous and dangerous to one's safety, health and welfare. I now call it the Witching Hours of Death and Destruction. The later the hour on their streets , roadways, byways and highways, the more likely one will encounter a deadly end of a travel never expected or even considered. Stay Put where you are, is My Advice. Life is too short and precious. 👀😳
