One time when I was in highschool I saw two of my friends fighting so I went to stop them but they didn't until one of them Hit me in my face stopped apologized and went on their way
I did this recently. father was slamming some young guy in the face multiple times because his daughter was hit by young guy's bike. Of course he was pissed, but he kept escalating. So i jumped in. Of course 2 minutes later the guy was pissed at me. I saved young guy from a couple punches but didn't get thanked either.

Cars can blend into backgrounds very well without headlights on so that's why many countries mandate daylight running lights - so that YOU are visible to other people, not because you can't see without them.

I had a hamster like that, it lived to 6 years old, twice the upper limit. Real trooper she was.
Edit: I guess I should add no this wasn't a classic parents replaced the pet, she was half black with white and brown spots, and was missing her left eye. Over the course of her life the only thing that changed was the brown spots turned light grey and the black parts of her fur turned a darkish grey.

That is EXTREMELY rare, especially for a pet store hamster! Mine lived to 4, which is the upper limit of a usual life expectancy.

I had a friend who had one and his sister microwaved it, he then proceeded to get another hamster and it got deep fried, don't ask me how, but it did. After all that he tried one more time to have a hamster and this one escaped into the vents of his house and they found it two years later (still alive), it then proceeded to eat some rat poison and died.
