    - Is the speed limit 55? Drive 80 in the left lane
    - Is the speed limit 65? Drive 80 in the left lane
    - Not driving permanently in the left lane? You’ll need to fix that immediately
    - Riding a sport bike on I-95? You’ve gotta do at least 100 mph and weave between cars
    - Approaching the Harbor Tunnel toll? Wait until the last feasible second to start breaking to scare the hell out of the guys behind you
P.S. Put old bay on your corn on the cob with butter.

That's the way to get wealthy and stay wealthy. I have done the same I've stayed in my affordable area now for 20ish years. I can afford to upgrade but I don't feel the need to at present with the housing market being mental. I keep my eye out for a good deal for sure it's how I got this place back in the gfc.
Everytime I think about looking for a new house in a new area I just can't justify the cost,.time and effort for a small upgrade and it costing me way more. I buy my clothes at Kmart, I don't buy expensive stuff ever really. I treat myself and my family every few months to something new of a cool trip ...but we are golden here. Very comfortable and making it work well.
Save 80% of my income for the day I can just go fu*k it I'm buying a mansion. 🤣🤣🤣

It varies heavily across the country. The US is very large compared to austrailia, livable land wise atleast. You can really only live on the coast comfortably for the most part. Whereas in the US pretty much every inch of the country can be utilized for real estate. Not saying it's better to live here just saying it's easier to find affordable housing in most states.
