3:37 Geiz ( the dude with black vest ) and tsukuyomi ( the girl ) came from the future to stop the mc from becoming oma zi-o. Geiz specifically came to kill the mc, and erase him from the future.
4:36 their enemy the time-jacker, turns people into another rider (monster) in hopes they kill zi-o and become a new king of time that can be controlled. That is why they keep replacing riders from every timeline. (you asked this in a video about zi-o before but imma just answer this here)

For some context of the scenes with everyone holding scripts, those are from the .5 episode spoof skits, so it technically fits as out of context to an extent.

This Woz (White Woz) has another notebook that allows him to write the future. Also, White Woz is Kamen Rider Woz, and the original Woz took his power and became a Kamen Rider himself.
