Surprised at how many people who don’t know that Mayo is made with raw egg! This is fine as long as the eggs are fresh - except for pregnant women, the elderly and children who should avoid raw eggs. In some countries eggs are washed which removes the protective coating so they have to be refrigerated. It’s easy to test if an egg is fresh. But if it’s that much of a problem, for the love of God, just buy a jar or a bottle of Mayonnaise and add some more chemicals or microplastics into your life.
I agree...... The egg is"cooked" (without heat") when combined with the other ingredients. 🤔 Furthermore....... When products such as mayonnaise are "bottled", they're pasteurised ‼️😃
Is the rack that the pastries are on put directly in the oven without a baking sheet underneath? Seems that it would make a mess as it bakes. Nothing in the video about placing them in the oven...kinda confused.
