    Thanks for this video. At 1:43 Was known as Casa Consuelo. A vocational rehab housing unit. I lived there for six months in 1983. As Mick Jagger sang, "Time can tear down a building, or destroy a woman's face."

    Mom worked there in the 70’s all the way to 2003

    Would you be able to tell me where you got access to the photos of the newspaper clippings? I'm working on a project about a former patient at Rancho from the 60s, and it would be super helpful to be able to include that! Any info would be much appreciated!

    I loved the video! I was hoping you would have covered the fire that happened in February 2022. Fire or not, the building was practically falling down on its own anyways. I loved the video and thank you for producing it!!!

    Classic narrative with found buildings. The largely stone/brick structures are older buildings (older than 1926) and was not built out of a need to have an insane asylum.
