Ok y’all. I bought one at a thrift store and well it was already drawn on, right? Well, I’m the end there’s the write your own journal, and mine was a little bit weird. The kid starts off by “I’m a bad kid. I do everything wrong. I just wish that I was good enough. My mom says i am bad. I am probably not getting any presents this year.” The rest is scribbled on. The picture is him breaking a window with a baseball, his mother yelling at him and pampering who I think is his sister. Later in the pages, he says “I wish I was like my sister. Mom likes her best.” Earlier in the book, there was the make your own comics, and he drew him with a skate board. From here we see his mother forcing him to give his sister a try, and the kid says “shut up Emily” and things like that. The results of the comic are his sister(presumably Emily) crashing and, well, getting injured or possibly dying? He keeps this pattern throughout the rest of his comics however they are different characters. This is an obvious case of child neglect. He draws himself getting yelled at, his mother shooing him away, and pampering his sister ‘Emily’. This is either a sick and cruel joke or a serious case of a obviously young child being, from what I saw, mentally abused and neglected.

It was all fun and games until I realized he was only one day younger then him and was deeply saddened... That I was so close to sharing the same birthday with this absolutely genius man of culture
