Where on earth have I been?! I've missed so much amazing content! The whole idea of getting subbies in on the behind the scenes is great but why'd you have to do it after I've relocated?! Really loved this mental health chat especially being a person who has had a huge shift in life, from the comfort zone of Uni, living in res and such a familiar surrounding to becoming a tax payer, having to pay rent, relocating and being away from my 'safe space'. Annnnddddd Denniisssss my fav, CONGRATSSS once again on completing and conquering our beloved Tuks lol! We did it mate, all those late study centre nights paid off! Definitely agree with all these keys, taking responsibility for myself is something I've also had to learn the hard way this year! #Selfcare2019
Noluthando!! You are missed😅. I'm not sure where you've moved to, but I hope the transition has been good👏🙏. How did you ensure that your mental health was taken care of whiling you were transitioning? Congrats as well for finishing✊🏾✊🏾. It was a moovvviiieee😂
I'll hit you up soon soon and give you an update about my whereabouts. But the relocating was a huge challenge, a positive mindset is by far what kept me sane. Had to constantly remind myself of my goals, believe and trust in the process as well as going off all socials (once again) to handle my life! Thaaaaaank yooouu! #TuksAlumnis
I know its hard and its very cliche but talk mntase. Like, even if its to one person, even if its to someone you'll never see again. There is so much power in off loading the things weighing you down. Also if you have access to it, professional help does a world of wonders.
I happen to work closely with this company that deals with natural herbal supplements for different types of illnesses, including most mental illnesses. We don't only supply you the products however, we first recommend our quantum resonance magnetic analyser which scans the whole body to detect where the root cause of the problem is, in order to deal with the problem from the root. If you are keen on following up with me on this, you are more than welcome to send an email to miraclechawane@gmail.com then we will take it from there. Have a great day and Don't forget to be awesome!!!
if you dont wanna talk, write. even if you don't keep iy - you can throw it away or burn it. Find that one thing you know will lift you, music is always great (but not mgowo songs). Do one thing that will make you proud or happy a day. Be kind and patient with yourself
I am screaming!!!! Meet and greet needs to happen. I mean I have beeeeeeeen wishing to meet Denise, manje Sibu and Buhle too! I'm excited The 5 keys were really helpful. I really liked the point about being responsible. Sometimes we are not honest with ourselves about our emotions and we need to practice being honest. I think that makes up being a responsible human being.
OMG I loved this video so much. Biases aside. Mental health is always such an inportant thing to talk about. And im so ready for the meet and greet. Im going to be front and centre, even if its on the side of the road😂
I love love this video ! First time watching this channel and I'm definitely subscribing. Shoutout to Dennis and Sibu for those Mental Health tips. Also, for showing us that side of More Mpanza. Lots of love you guys ❤
Hey Kamohelo! The other side of More Mpanza is still on its way! The video drops this coming week so make sure to look out for it! I'm glad youre enjoying the channel and the conversations :D
Believe it or not I'm still about to embark on my independence journey 27 of years, but I believe I'm well equipped I've seen it all nothing can stop me I've seen every life lesson. If you want to know a story about people come to me I have all the wisdom to share. Humans
This is cool. Noma is a vibe, i actually agree with her. Would love to be apart of the filming plug. Seems extremely informative. I think my biggest problem with mental health is not talking to anyone. I have a huge problem with opening up lol. I legit am alone 90% of the time, friends and all that good stuff doesn't really exist in my world. I agree, loving yourself is of extreme importance, its what actually is keeping me going, consistent and productive - basically what my channel is about really - loving myself. okay, I'm done typing lol. Cool channel. Im a fan.
True. I do concur with you on that. I think part of that "friends are nonexistent" statement comes from not wanting to surround myself with what doesn't really "blend" with me. I am learning to protect my energy - another ongoing lesson I'm learning daily. @@itsnomacles
1.Allow yourself to be down, to be vulnerable, to feel everything, to break down, coz I think it's at that point you know you have to get back and continue with yourself life and it's at that point you see that something is not okay and you might need help 2.Find someone to talk to , there is someone professional I go to when I really am overwhelmed and it's like deep stuff, but I talk to my friends whom know when it's time to just listen to me and when to actually say something. 3.Have a place which bring you peace:with me it's home. That's where my life started, going back home gives me strength by showing me how far I've come, how my family loves me, how I own it to myself to take responsibility and overcome whatever I'm going through. It reminds me of why I started my journey, why I started and how it's not only for myself. That gives me power to continue fighting Lastly don't be hard on yourself and forgive yourself every time, everyday. I try and do it every day before I sleep❤️
Yow Sibu keep up the great work ... I been your fan since we met at UCT leo Maquard res...quick question what do you use to edit your videos (app/software)
