Thank you 💗💞💗💞 someone once told me that depression is a chemical imbalance in the brain. They told me I would never get better but your videos teach me that everything gets better.

    Hey Jay,
I was in your live stream yesterday and did watched your video now. I think your described the feeling and the potential reasons behind it really well. Even though there are a lot of people out there who suffer from mental illnesses, these are things that need to be spread. I already done or tried some of the things you mentioned, especially being outside or coming home after sport do make you feel better. So to anyone who suffers or is in pain in any way, I just want you to know that whatever situation you are in your health always goes first. If you're in school and messing up your grades because you just can't do it, in a job where you're just overall stressed or you cannot get out of bed some days. It is okay, it really is. Try to work on it, get help (which I should do too but we'll the timing) and don't wait for things to change. You are the change. You can make that happen yourself. If anyone wants to talk just ask me or call a help line there are even texting pages nowadays if you aren't comfortable in the people around you, but please keep breathing!
    Much Love:)

The nature helped me already really much so I do agree completely with that. But I don't really agree to the little good thoughts. Others also talked bad about me and I made it my own words as well but also a big part is thinking that you are fine, normal and okay, that you don't have depression or anxiety. That was my biggest problem at first and the reason why it got so bad. Cooking and doing little things also helped me a little and because I made a second personality in myself these little things got me always a little bit back to my real me. It didn't really help me in the end but it gave me some new inspiration about solutions and ideas to do something. Thanks for helping not only me but also probably many others out there. Love you and everyone else. Make the earth a decent place to live.
Who read this to the far end please answer me. :) P.S. I wrote it on the phone xD

But: people in deep depression often are not able to go out into nature. That’s the problem. I think those people need medication.

Edda Böhm I‘ve been on meds for anxiety and honestly it‘s the worst. It‘s simply a band aid and changes your entire being. You aren‘t yourself when you‘re on meds. They can be helpful for a while but should never be the final solution.
You have to change who you are by yourself (with the help you‘re getting). You have to be so sick and tired of it all to finally make a change and I just know it‘s inside all of us. Saying that you can‘t do something is simply you putting a limitation on yourself. If you say you can‘t do this, you‘re right and if you say you can do this, you are also right. It‘s up to everyone.
I‘m not trying to make anybody believe my words but I once wanted to die and I transformed myself into a strong & life loving person and I just want everybody to know that it is possible!
