Captain Jacks Deadbug Brew is super effective, but buy the concentrate:
Ready made spray bottle, 0.25 gallon (aka 32 fl oz), $10, or 31.3¢ per fl oz
Concentrate, 16 fl oz of concentrate makes 8 gallons, $15, or 1.5¢ per fl oz
So the concentrate is about 20 times cheaper.

Thank you for this information! I do have problems with the little tiny fruit flies. I'm going to try your suggestions. Fingers crossed it'll take care of that!

Excellent video; thank you! I really appreciate how you discuss some prevention versus most others who focus on addressing problems after they already arise. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have been an organic outdoor gardener for many years and have always avoided toxic stuff, and having only a few houseplants, pests were pretty easy to control. Last couple years my handfuls of plants have tripled and the pests are tough to deal with. I'm about to use the Bonide Systemic for the first time and I appreciate your cautions about toxicity (and the extra reminders about being careful outside to protect pollinators and other life in the wild, so thank you!

I have orchids and was told to use systemic houseplant insect control. I have dozens of fungus gnats. Hope it works because they’re getting worse

Hi. Great video! I have a large potted Arrowhead that is quite infested with both thrips and black scale on back of leaves. I originally treated with a diluted isopropyl alcohol spray and alcohol dabbed on scale. Unfortunately only temporarily seemed to help. I just started using the Bonide systemic houseplant insect control and Bonide neem oil spray. Should using both those products be enough to help? Thanks for any information.

I want to try systematic one but afraid it will harm plants? Have you had problems?

I've had no issues with systemic harming plants. A few things to keep in mind are if the plant will be outside the systemic will harm beneficial pollinators, so if it's an outdoor plant I would try other options. Also if the plant was previously non toxic, I would treat it as toxic in terms of pets and children to be safe. Systemic has been super helpful for me controlling mealies, scale, and thrips.
