Abby, I can understand your relief once you found products that work for you and keep your skin calm. I have had small bumps on my cheeks for, literally, 4 years. I was told it was milia; however, I recently started using an azelaic acid suspension from The Ordinary and saw an immediate calming of my skin. No more harsh acids, peels, and BHA/AHA’s; things that were probably making it worse. Now I can get excited about creating a BR routine and I’ll have better information to share with the Rescue Spa team that have supported me over the years. I know that I will start with P50 (in some formula although I have a ton of the original) and Lait VIP 02. I’m so hopeful to go forward with serums and moisturizers now.
Exactly!!! Oh my goodness, I think all the harsh treatments that I had been doing were wreaking havoc on my skin and making my rosacea worse. So when I finally gave that up after going to Rescue Spa - and stuck with my routine - it was HUGE!! I think you just have to figure out those certain products that work and then try not to get swayed by NEW! LOL! So happy for you!!! PHEW!

I thoroughly enjoyed this and am now re- watching to take notes. One question, in which step do you use the La Mer treatment lotion and the BR P50V 1970? I also have the La Mer tonic so just trying to figure it all out! Lol... I also want to introduce a retinol but I seem to react to just vitamin c- at least I think I do... maybe I’m mixing something I shouldn’t. Totally trying to edit my regimen. Thanks so much!
Hello Liz! Thank you for watching. So I use the La Mer Treatment Lotion after my BR P50 V 1970- So I cleanse, P50, then hydrate with La Mer Treatment Lotion, then move onto Serums. You could alternate the Tonic with Lotion P50 every other day. I would not use both toners if that makes sense? I also just started easing back into both Vitamin C + Retinol after having to take both out because my skin was reactive. So I am using Environ Level 1 (mildest version) on M/W/F and slowly building up. I just added back a Vitamin C Serum Daily - that I use in the morning. But if my skin is being fussy- I skip that day. C is tricky! I know some people mix both Vitamin C + Retinol but I have yet to try that because my skin is reactive and don't think it would work for me... but who knows... I may once my skin is back in good shape! I hope this helps. xoxo

@@lizzydivine I was hoping Lotion PIGM 400 was going to be the ticket for my pigmentation but felt that the P50V did more for my skin overall. They are both good but just felt like I got more oomph from P50V! xoxo
Love to hear you like the Skinmedica TNS! I got it on sale (in the mail now) after reading so many good reviews after years of use. Going to add it, and the drunk elephant retinol (my first retinol) to my BR routine and see how I go these first few months! Also going to try the Pai oil and the Maya Chia Super Couple oil as I’ve read many good things about it too!
I am 28 and just now getting into skincare this year after never really even washing my face before lol! I’ve been lucky that facialists always told me I have such good skin, I guess that was the secret? Lol! But it’s gotten worse this year as I moved to Singapore for work (sweat + air conditioning is terrible) and extensive BR routine is currently saving it! Your videos make me excited to keep at it and hope to have half as good of skin as you at 50! Can’t wait to keep watching in 2019, happy new year!
Oh Whitney! This makes me so happy! I am glad that you are finding that the BR routine is working and the addition of the TNS and Retinol will be perfect! I am dying to try the new DE Retinol but am holding off until I finish my Environ one. Let me know what you think of it. I also have the Maya Chia Super Couple Oil and they are AWESOME!! I really like the PAI to settle my skin down when it is irritated. I appreciate your kind words and your skin will be awesome by adding in these ingredients NOW! I hope you enjoy Singapore. Abby Bliss White Abby,have been using BR products for around 2weeks.The Lait VIP 02 to cleanse,original lotion P50 1970 with phenol;which I think is the back bone on which everything else revolves.Also,Marin serum,Masque VIP 02 (love) and the samples of moisturizers.My favorite being the MSR-H! Plus of course still waiting on Mask Vivant!! Praying that it arrives before I need to purchase another of the masques trying to create the same results?! Admittedly I panicked at first because my skin looked NO better and was sooo dry! Just when I was questioning my choices my skin had an epiphany! Woke up and it was moist,dewy and almost glowing! Now it DOES glow! it is softer than I’ve experienced before! Once again I credit you for opening my eyes to this amazing products.Enjoy your day my friend.Keep us the awesome job you’re doing!! Very very helpful! Thank you!!!! Are you finding the Dr B Sturm Rich Cream more hydrating than the BR MSR H?
Stacy- this is a great question! So I find the BR MSR-H very hydrating and love that the fact that you only have to use a little bit. The Rich Cream has a beautiful light texture but packs a punch of hydration BUT I have been layering both with either the BR Colostrom Serum (hydrating ) or the Dr. STurm HA Serum - and finding that my skin is uber comfortable and hydrated. So it could just be the layering technique of both. The MSR-H does feel a bit heavier on the skin than the Rich Cream to me but both are great for more mature skin. Am I helping at all? LOL!

@@TheSNJohnson10 oh crap! That is horrible and I was thinking about buying those for when my skin was fussy but NOW I won't. I honestly think that the HA serum is the star product. The others don't get very good reviews. THE Bluemercury Sale got extended for two days and was feeling like I should try another serum of hers but they are so darn expensive. I hope you return it because that is not good. THANK YOU for sharing!! I would take out all extras right now and just focus on calming the skin with milky cleansers, PAI Biogenerative Oil if you have it and soothing barrier cream. Keep me posted on your skin. So sorry!!!
@@AbbyBlissWhite Yes, I am trying to find the perfect calming combo... I ordered the Pai oil. Can I ask why you aren't a fan of Vitner's Daughter? I have gone through countless bottles but am not using it now as it has so many oils in it I am afraid....
@@TheSNJohnson10 I have bought two bottles of Vintner's Daughter and then switched to Kjaer Weis Beautiful Oil that did not work me- and shortly thereafter got a rosacea outburst and was not sure what was causing it. UGH! So I was tempted to get another bottle of the Vintner's Daughter but a few of the oils make me worried that I will get another rosacea outburst so have just stuck with PAI. I admit - I wanted that special addition bottle they just came out with!! LOL!

I found that some will be useful for my mom and dad, so will buy one serum (maybe BR) and maybe one of some hyaluronic for them today. Would you please recommend 1 of the serum that will be amazing for the wrinkle line, my dad had a lot of wrinkle line on the forehead?

Hi Abby, thank you. I am 38 and I can’t find good eye cream, I have dark circles and puffy and lines. And also looking for a retinol. Can you please recommend. I started to use BR, p50 v 1970 love it.

Mary- I have got kind of sensitive skin to retinol but have found that my skin likes Environ Retinol Serum Level 1 every other day. This is the mildest version. I have used RX prescriptions in the past but my skin just got super irritated by it - so I have to be careful. I hope this helps. xoxo
